About Me. 

I have an extensive background in mental health as a social worker (15 years +) and am a published writer. I originally undertook my professional training at WPF Therapy, one of the leading academic and clinical institutions for Psychotherapy in the UK, which is accredited by both BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). I am a member of the FPC (Foundation for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and as such fully comply with their ethical codes. I would describe myself as greatly influenced by the relational school of Psychotherapy and consider myself an independent. I am also a Writer.
